WINTER BREAK! YEAHHH! NOW THAT'S HOW IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE!!

WOOHOO! WINTER BREAK!! Even though I'll have to work on two projects...and get the swine flu vaccine on the 22nd...*sighs*

You know, the 17th and 18th of December was sort of interesting. In school, people were passing out these candy canes and everything. One guy had like sixty in his backpack. I took two from him-a cherry and a peppermint. I LOVE PEPPERMINT! It's sooo nice and minty. Anyway, out of the six periods (not including lunch), other than P.E. and drama, our schedule was totally different from normal. Science, math, and language arts was spent on a movie or video or something. Social studies was a pizza party; since it was the period before lunch, and I had taken on four slices of pizza, I ended up skipping my very delicious lunch-dumplings! It's still in my backpack right now. It's in a thermos...do you guys think it's still edible? I mean, it's in a thermos! P.E. was really, really normal, other than having my teacher wish us a Merry Christmas. We are in the football unit, and I suck so bad at it...it hurts when you catch the football. Sucks for me. And drama class was normal, except we got some papers back. My teacher takes a loong time to correct stuff like that. We took a test somewhere in the middle of November, and guess what? I got an A! I'm amazed, 'cause it wasn't easy at all. Well, maybe a little bit...

Yesterday at school, all my friends were giving out these really nice gifts. There was candy, candy canes, chocolate...I didn't give anything out 'cause I'm lazy. xD But my bestest friends and I are going to have a party on the 23rd! So I'll bring some sweets then. No chocolate, though, cause the friend who hosts the party is allergic to it.

As I said before, my mom wants me to take the swine flu shot on the 22nd. That sucks, because I hate shots. I mean, getting it isn't so bad, but when the doctors uncap the needle, I always watch. And I always see the light gleaming off the pointy needle, and I freak out. My friend is also getting the shot on the 21st, so I'm going to ask her whether it hurt more than the normal shots. I hope it doesn't. >.<

The traditional Christmas family party is this Saturday, the 26th. This time, the first time in years, the party's gonna be at my house. That means I haveta clean my room...:( *sigh* But otherwise, I'm looking forward to it.

What else is going to happen?? I guess that's it for my winter break. OH YEAH! I hope I get to go to badminton with my friends again or something...hmm...I'll ask my mom about it. I'm sure she'll agree. What mother doesn't want her child to exercise??

I just noticed something stupid. My school passes out these parent's calendars, and I keep the calendar and put it on a wall where I can easily see it. The calendar is the type of thing where they give you the holidays and school-related events. I also mark my own events on the dates. This time I marked an "Uh-OH!" on the 22nd because of the swine flu thing. There was a Board of Education Meeting on that same day, and it was posted on the calendar. I put "Uh-Oh!" right underneath those words. It looks like I'm dreading the meeting, when I'm not even going to attend. LOL!

I guess that's all that's happening. I wish everyone reading here a MERRY CHRISTMAS! Remember, get lots of presents! (Giving them would be good too.)

May your break be blessed.

EDIT~! Saturday, December 19th, 2009. 5:38 PM

I have two things I forgot to include~

First, I plan to make a digital art picture and send it to the KidzEra magazine. Now it's not decided yet; I still gotta talk to my parents. And I'm gonna talk to them AFTER I finish drawing my picture. I use TwistedBrush to draw, by the way, if anyone's curious. What do you guys think of this plan?

Second..well, I forgot. Umm....I think I can come up with something sooner or later....ugh....Geez! I seriously forgot! I have a horrible memory! I guess I'll edit this post again when I remember. xO

PS. My keyboard is being a jerk. Or maybe my fingers are. I always type the wrong keys. Is that the keyboard's fault or my fingers' fault? I think it's my fingers' fault. BAD FINGERS! O:

I'm done now. Or maybe not. If I remember the second thing, I'll edit this post ASAP. Have a great winter guys!~

EDIT AGAIN! Saturday, December 19th, 2009. 5:42 PM

I mentioned before that I used TwistedBrush, then realized that I already put that on the part of this blog that described me. I also had put something about my fear of needles in that same place, but like a total moron, I repeated that very unfortunate fact in my original post when I mentioned the swine flu vaccine. DUMB AJ! >:O And no, this isn't the second thing. It's just something I just realized. You can call me an idiot, 'cause I totally agree with you. Remember, if I ever remember the second thing, I'll re-edit this post! AGAIN! MWAHHAHAHAHahA! Have a great winter. :)

Jabber Jabber...

HEYA~! Winter break is coming soon <33 YESSHH!!!! I can't believe it! I've been looking forward to it~ But before it comes, some important stuff will be due....-_- Like this science experiment thing...and my school elective, drama, will be hosting a play. I'm not very confident. We were given these stories about Roman/Greek/Forgot gods, and we had to write out the script. There are people in my group that tick me off. They want to have their own way, and when they say "I don't want to practice" I just stand there, not knowing what to say. I really want them to have it. GAAAHHH! Maybe I'll make myself sick when the performance comes...>.<

Enough complaints. I got an A+ on a math test recently, hallelujah. I took my VERY FIRST POP QUIZ IN SCIENCE CLASS THIS YEAR! xD It's not very hard, and it's super short. But you know what I hate about short quizzes? If you get one wrong, it'll cost you, like, 15% off your score. :( That can't be right~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Today was Minimum Day. I got dismissed from school an hour early, hallelujah. There was also an annual Scholastic book fair going on that started on the 7th. I got a total of five books and one stationary (a multi-pen), which cost me, like, 35 bucks? The books weren't too bad, I guess. One was the first book in the "Icemark Chronicles" or something: "The Cry of the Icemark". It's not a bad book at all. And considering how many pages it has (472) and cost only $6.30, it's a really good deal (for me, anyways). ^^

My very good friend's b-day party is coming up! There'll be all sorts of activities. She's going to teach us how to knit. We're going to play games. We're even gonna do a Secret Santa game! I'm sooo looking forward to it. Speaking of parties, my family's going to have an annual reunion again, like the Thanksgiving one. This time-well, guess what it's going to celebrate? C_r_s_m_s. Since last time during the Thanksgiving party my only same-aged cousin couldn't go, this time I hope it'll all work out. I look forward to a very exciting Winter Break...

Happy Early Christmas, everybody! ^^
